In the Garden

I saw you in the garden the light was in my eyes.

I felt you flow on past through the trees and on high.

I take comfort in your presence.

I take refuge in the shadow of of your wings.

How unfailing is your love. You Awaken me.

Come to me in the Garden where love and truth meet. For you are the shade where the ferns grow.

Turn you eyes from my face for time will change this place and you will always be.

When at last I feel you embrace when nothing is left... not a trace of who I used to be.

When I am spend like a flower and in my final hour lift me up on wings to the Garden of my dreams.
